Our iron phosphate/powder conveyor line includes two powder coating spray booths and two full-bake ovens. This allows us to apply and bake powder primer/powder topcoat on the very same line, like demanded by Caterpillar and other heavy equipment companies requiring superior protection.
We are blasting, cleaning powdercoating or painting a wide variety of brackets, storage tanks, marine/ocean exposure, heavy equipment trucks/frames/boxes, large pumps or steam equipment, structural steel, road graders/loaders.
The industries served range from small brackets to large bridges in product areas like automotive, off-road equipment, county/state trucks/trailers, marine, sport, large shelters, aircraft, furniture, heavy machinery, fencing, railings wind and solar equipment.
