We have the ability to clean parts on our automated line or blast parts. Beech & Rich can run your high or medium volume parts on line or batch run parts in either powdercoating or wet coating.

Material applied by our powder-coating group includes epoxy, urethane, hybrid, TGIC polyester and any wrinkle or texture coating.

How Does Anti-microbial Powder Coatings work?

• When moisture is present, anti-microbial contains release ions.
• Silver ions can attach themselves to a microbe's cellular enzyme which inhibits the growth of microbes.

Anti-microbialcoatings:

• Use silver ions which are environmentally sustainable and silver has been shown to offer protection whithout high toxicity to humans or animals.
• Retain anti-microbial properties over time.
• Can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
• Can be added to any color, effect or chemistry.
